A thoughtful welcome.
Your little one deserves a personal introduction. Here's how ordering from our nursery works.
Find your little one
Browse our collection and explore each doll's photographs, description, and price. If you have a question about material, size, accessories, or a detail in the gallery, contact us before ordering.
Send your order
Add your selection to your bag and continue to checkout. Provide your contact and delivery details and choose a preferred payment method. Your order will be placed with a pending status; payment is not taken at checkout.
Personal confirmation
Contact our nursery with your order number. We'll confirm the doll's availability, payment instructions, and delivery arrangements with you before payment. Placing a pending order does not guarantee availability.
Delivery
The current checkout delivery charge is $14.95 for orders below $200. Orders of $200 or more show complimentary delivery. Delivery timing and destination availability are confirmed personally with our nursery before payment.
Changes, returns, and questions
Please contact us to discuss order changes and any applicable return arrangements before completing payment. If you've already ordered, include your order number when you get in touch.
